ACDIS update: Upcoming website maintenance, tips to receive ACDIS emails

The ACDIS team has so enjoyed this year of an updated, CEU-offering ACDIS Podcast. We want to make sure everyone receives the CEUs they’ve earned, so if you’ve had any issues with receiving yours after listening in during the CEU period and completing the brief evaluation, we wanted to share a few tips with you!

First, we recommend you use a personal email address when inputting your information into the form to claim your CEU after the Podcast episode, rather than a work email address. We’ve noticed that listeners rarely have issues receiving the CEU email this way.

With recent changes for ACDIS’ parent company, HCPro, you may have noticed that the email addresses for the ACDIS team have changed! That includes the email that our Podcast CEUs send out from, so even if you received the CEU email to your work email address in the past, it may be getting blocked now by a spam filter. We encourage you to check your spam folders, and again, switch over to a personal email address in the future!

We also recommend that you add continuingeducation@hcpro.com to your safe contacts list as that is the originating address for the majority of our CEU emails now.

In other news, be aware that we will be conducting planned service maintenance for acdis.org on Saturday, December 16, 2023, beginning at 7:00 a.m. eastern. The maintenance should not exceed three hours. Please be advised that acdis.org may be unavailable during this time!
