While CDI professionals may not be on the frontlines of patient care, many are facing professional repercussions from the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the past weeks, ACDIS has heard of CDI teams becoming fully remote, taking furloughs, and even stepping in to provide patient care support and help fit clinicians for their personal protective equipment.
