January 21, 2019
CDI Blog - Volume 12, Issue 8
Well, the year is speeding along and none of us here at ACDIS can believe it’s already the third week of 2019. While the beginning of the year spells software updates, departmental meetings, and annual reviews, there are also a number of ACDIS local chapter and national events coming up to help you connect with your peers outside the office.
Whether it’s a webinar or a local chapter event, we hope you’ll join us for the fun.
ACDIS National events:
- Join founding ACDIS Advisory Board Member William E. Haik, MD, FCCP, CDIP, for a 90-minute webinar on Thursday, January 24, 1-2:30 p.m., titled “CC/MCCs for CDI: Clinical Indicators and Query Opportunities.” Click here to learn more and to register.
- Apply to volunteer on one of ACDIS boards or committees by the end of the day on January 25. Read about the committees seeking new members here. Click here to apply to serve on a committee.
- Join our CDI Boot Camp instructors in January 28-31 for a CDI Basic Boot Camp in Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Join ACDIS Director Brian Murphy for a discussion about CDI management on ACDIS Radio on January 30, 11:30 a.m., or via the podcast.
ACDIS Local chapter events:
