ACDIS update: Thanks for a great “mosaic” filled CDI Week
In Tibetan Buddhist traditions, a sand mandala is a mosaic created from colored sand. Monks work from the center out sifting colored particles into ornate patterns before ritualistically dismantling the creation. The act serves as a metaphor for the transitory nature of material life.
While ACDIS’ 2018 CDI Week celebrations have come to a close, we hope that the theme of this year’s celebration “CDI Mosaic: Creating a Collaborative Portrait,” won’t share the fate of Buddhist mandalas but instead serve as resource materials for year-long mission for your CDI programs and teams.
The CDI Week pages remain a source of valuable insight that professionals can turn to throughout the year—from the first-hand experiences offered in the daily questions and answer publications to the collective data trends for program and staffing offered in the Industry Survey.
During the week ACDIS welcomed:
- 2,053 visitors to the CDI Week home page
- 1,444 CDI Week webinar attendees
- 1,336 CDI Week poster downloads
Special thanks to the CDI Week committee for their tremendous insight and direction as well as to ACDIS Editor Linnea Archibald who worked with ACDIS’ internal marketing, creative, and administrative staffs to bring their ideas to fruition.
