ACDIS update: How have you managed an expanding CDI focus?

While the May/June edition of the CDI Journal hasn’t yet released, the ACDIS team already has their sights set on the July/August edition. And, we need your help.

For the next edition of the Journal, ACDIS wants to know how you’ve managed a shifting CDI focus or expansion while maintaining productivity. Traditionally, most CDI programs began with a focus on CC/MCC capture and DRG optimization for reimbursement. As the healthcare landscape has moved toward a quality focus, however, so has CDI. Additionally, when CDI programs have proven their value they’re often asked to pick up more responsibilities, to review more areas.
