Note from the Membership Manager: Looking back over the inaugural Council term

While the ACDIS Leadership Council launched back in September 2019, my work with it began in January of this year. In my experience, while the education and experience sharing I’ve witnessed are central to the Council’s work, its real value lies in the opportunities for networking and relationship building.
In these last seven months, I’ve had a front-row seat to the collaboration and friendships that form between you, our Council members. You routinely help each other problem-solve on our dedicated Council Forum thread, share your experiences in the CDI Leadership Insider (CLI), participate in Council-led panel discussions on survey data or present case studies from your organizations on bimonthly conference calls, and network over email.
