Local chapter update: Consult the Leadership Toolkit for meeting planning, leadership needs

No matter what stage your chapter is in—from meeting at a local coffee shop for an hour after work, to all-day multi-speaker events—the ACDIS Local Chapter Leadership Toolkit has resources for you.

The Toolkit is made up of sample resources from chapter leaders nationwide and from the Chapter Advisory Board and it includes resources for chapters at every stage of growth. As a sampling, here are a few of the resources you’ll find there:

• Tips for reaching out to area facilities and for hosting an initial meeting
• Sample meeting agendas for your first meeting and for subsequent meetings
• Example leadership responsibilities
• A blank PowerPoint template for presentations

• Sample chapter bylaws and financial processes
• CCDS CEU application form
• Succession planning examples
