ACDIS update: What’s your denial rate? Weigh in on the latest ACDIS poll!

Denials management and the appeals process has been on the rise as a popular CDI expansion area for years. As more and more CDI departments venture into this area, they need data to help them benchmark their progress and denial rates over time.

That’s where ACDIS’ latest polling question comes in. In the latest ACDIS poll, we’re probing the state of inpatient denial rates nationwide because the best ways to properly manage denials start with reliable data.

Once we close the poll in a couple weeks, ACDIS will share the data with the community through CDI Strategies and through our social media channels. This poll also serves as the entry point for a larger denials management survey which will be included in the 2020 CDI Week Industry Survey.
