ACDIS update: Take our survey on documentation training for residents/fellows

It’s July! Along with hot dogs, fireworks, and summer vacations, July also brings a new class of resident and fellow trainees to many organizations. That got us wondering, do physicians-in-training ever receive training on how to be better documenters?

Take a second and tell us about what training—if any—new residents and fellow physicians receive. The survey should only take a few minutes and it will provide us great insight as to what documentation training residents receive, and where there may be room for improvement.
