ACDIS update: Take a moment to weigh in on this month’s physician engagement poll

So, you’ve worked hard at physician engagement—delivered candy, met face-to-face, sent thank you notes—and your physician response rate is stellar. But, how many of those providers actually carry through the queried diagnoses through to the daily progress notes?
