ACDIS update: Sample query forms for neonatal conditions, MI, and more posted to Resource Library
The ACDIS Forms & Tools Library Committee recently approved several new samples for publication in the ACDIS Resource Library. The committee also included suggestions with each sample to help those adapting these resources. Here’s what’s new in the Library:
- 10 new sample queries contributed by Erica Braun, MS, BSN, RN, CCDS, manager of inpatient coding and CDI at Nebraska Methodist Health System in Omaha:
While these samples aren’t a one-size-fits-all solution for all CDI programs everywhere, samples such as these in the Resource section of the website can be a starting point for developing your own forms, tools, policies, and procedures.
