ACDIS update: New resources added by the Forms & Tools Committee

The Forms & Tools Committee is tasked with reviewing submissions for accuracy and compliancy to then be posted to the ACDIS Resource Library.. While submissions often come in the form of sample clinical definitions, queries, and job descriptions, they can really be any type of tool that would be useful to the CDI community.

The committee recently reviewed and published four new resources:

• Sample tip sheet: CDI opportunities (trifold)
• Sample policy: Provider education
• Sample guidelines: Quality and production
• Sample policy: Second level reviewer process
