ACDIS update: Giveaways galore on ACDIS’ social media

The fall has been a busy time for ACDIS, filled with celebrations left and right. Between CDI Week in mid-September to ACDIS’ 10^th anniversary this month, there seems to always be a party happening. To spread the joy, the ACDIS team has been conducting giveaways on the ACDIS Facebook page.

During CDI Week, ACDIS gave away four books through social media contests. Sheryl Pillar Shamp and Belinda Bauske won random drawings during the first CDI Week giveaway, each receiving a copy of The Essential Guide to Supporting Quality Care Measures through Documentation Improvement as their rewards.

Then, Tonya Mitchell and Jen Holub won the CDI Week caption contest (see their suggestions under the picture to the right) and received The Essential Guide to Provider Queries and First Steps in Outpatient CDI: Tips and Tools for Building a Program, respectively, as their prizes.

Even after CDI Week ended, though, the giveaways continued. Throughout the month of October, there will be 10 giveaways on random days in honor of the 10^th!

Today, we’ve described a conversation with a well-known member of the ACDIS family and asked participants to guess the name of the individual. We’ll pick a winner later this afternoon.

Last week, Amanda Eads won her very own copy of The Physician Advisor’s Guide to Clinical Documentation Improvement and Danielle Skeens won a copy of The Complete Guide to CDI Management, both through random drawings.
