More than 100 leaders responded to the 2023 NAHRI Leadership Council Survey: Utilization and Adoption of Automation in Revenue Cycle. The survey included respondents from revenue integrity, health information management, coding directors and managers primarily from acute care hospitals and health systems with 500+ beds. The survey assessed respondents’ revenue cycle operations, and the critical role automation plays in their success.
